Refund policy

We only offer refunds in the case of manufacturing defects.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the defect. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Please note:

• Refunds are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size, or normal wear and tear.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
