How ordering works

1. Add pieces to your bag and tap Checkout. No account is needed.
2. Choose the shop where you will pick up: Khalde, Zouk, Hazmieh or Mkalles. Pick-up is free.
3. We keep the pieces for you and call or WhatsApp you to confirm.
4. When the order is ready at your shop, we tell you. It is kept for you for 3 days — ask us if you need 2 more.
5. At the shop, try the pieces and pay only for what you take, in cash or by card. Show your order number (for example A1004) at the till.

Exchanges

Within 7 days of the pick-up, at any of our 4 shops, with the tag on.

Cancel an order

In the app: Account → My orders → Cancel this order (until the order is ready). After that, call or WhatsApp us.
