This policy is for the Topbrands Outlet app (Google Play and App Store). It explains what the app collects, why, and what you can ask us. العربية في الأسفل

Who we are

What we collect and why

• When you place an order: your name, your phone number, an optional note, the pieces you ordered, the shop you chose for pick-up and the order's status. We use them only to prepare your order and to call you or message you on WhatsApp about it (for example, to tell you it is ready).
• Testers' code: before the public launch, testers type a code to open the app. The app remembers it on the phone with a cookie.
• Visit statistics: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may count visits to the app's pages. This uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Notifications (only if you turn them on): your phone's notification code (from Google Firebase), the app's language and the last day you opened the app. We use them to send your order updates and, if you said yes to "New pieces & offers", our news (once a day at most). Turn them off any time in Settings: we then delete the code from our list. A phone that has not opened the app for a year is removed by itself.

No account is needed. Your bag, saved pieces and sizes stay on your phone only — we do not receive them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not show ads and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not send offers unless you say yes to them in the app.
• The app does not take payments: you pay at the shop, in cash or by card.

Who else handles the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the app and stores the orders. Its servers may be outside Lebanon.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages our shop sends you about your order. WhatsApp's own terms apply to WhatsApp.
• Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) delivers the notifications to your phone, if you turned them on.

How long we keep it

We keep an order's details as long as we need them for the order, for exchanges (7 days after pick-up) and for our legal accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; we will delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your data: email app@topbrandsoutlets.com or WhatsApp 03 158 158.
• Cancel an order: in the app (Account → My orders) until it is ready, or by calling or messaging the shop.
• Stop notifications: Settings → New pieces & offers in the app, or your phone's settings.
• Clear what the app keeps on your phone: delete the app, or clear its data in your phone's settings.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Only our staff, each with a personal access, can see orders.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy — for example if we add an optional sign-in with a phone code — we will update this page before the change starts, with a new date at the top.
