Returns and Cancellation

Changing or Canceling Your Order
After placing and order, we usually start processing it quickly to serve you well. Once the order is placed, you can no longer change it from the website. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you have to contact our customer care.
Please note that once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled anymore. We usually ship quickly with 24 hours.
In some cases, orders or parts of an order are canceled by us for the following reasons:
    -Item(s) not available
    -Item(s) found to be damaged
    -Unable to process your payment
    -The shipping details provided are insufficient
    -The address provided is not within our shipping range
Returns
Are returns and exchanges accepted when an item is bought from the online store?
    -Returns are permitted within 10 days from receiving your order. The amount paid will be added to your e-wallet after the return is processed. We do not have a cash refund policy.
    -Direct exchanges with the courier are not available. The courier will arrive to return your purchase item and the amount will be added to your e-wallet for future purchases (excluding shipping fee)
    -Wallet amount is valid for 3 months from the date it is added
    -Returned item(s) must be in good condition, the same as when it was purchased, with the original packaging, tag and invoice.
How Do In-Store Returns Work?
    -You can return the item(s) to our store and the amount will be added to your e-wallet.
    -Wallet amount is valid for 3 months from the date it is added
    -Returned item(s) must be in good condition, the same as when it was purchased, with the original packaging, tag and invoice. Are there items which cannot be returned?
    -Lingerie, undergarments, socks and swimwear cannot be returned because it is not permissible by the hygiene regulations.
Defective / Wrong
If you received a defective or wrong item from our online store, please contact our customer care within 48 hours from receiving the order by WhatsApp or Email and send us the image of the defective part/wrong item. We will reply and assist you further.
